At Meric Kocak, we aim to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

PROCESSING TIME

All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that bespoke, made-to-order, or personalised items may require additional production time. If this applies to your order, we will inform you before dispatch.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the UK.

United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, and external factors beyond our control.

SHIPPING COSTS

We offer free standard shipping within the United Kingdom.

There is no additional shipping charge for UK orders at checkout.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS

If your parcel is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assist you by contacting the courier and investigating the issue. Where appropriate, we will offer a suitable resolution in line with applicable consumer rights.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
