RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy starting from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Jewellery & Accessories
Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty upon arrival.
Other Jewellery: Necklaces, bracelets, and rings may be returned within 14 days, provided they meet our return conditions.
Custom Orders: Personalised or custom-made items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at merickocaklondon@gmail.com. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Returns Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at merickocaklondon@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
