RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Meric Kocak, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, please read our return and refund policy below.

RETURNS

For eligible online purchases, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you would like to return your item.

Once you have notified us, you will have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or reduce the refund amount if the item has been used, damaged, marked, altered, or returned in an unsuitable condition.

JEWELLERY & ACCESSORIES

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless they are faulty upon arrival.

Other Jewellery: Necklaces, bracelets, and rings may be returned within the return period, provided they meet our return conditions.

CUSTOM, PERSONALISED & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS

Personalised, bespoke, custom-made, or made-to-order items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at merickocaklondon@gmail.com.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the issue so we can review the matter and resolve it promptly.

RETURNS PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact us at merickocaklondon@gmail.com.

Once your return request has been reviewed, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

For eligible online returns, standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, only the standard delivery cost may be refunded.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
